Appeal & Dispute

It may be that you disagree with a decision made by MPS. In that case you can communicate your issue (complaint, comment or objection) to MPS using the Issue Report (IR). This form can be downloaded by clicking on this line or requested from the serviceteam (tel. +31 174 615715).

The department responsible will process the IR and inform you of the outcome. If more information is needed for a decision, the director may decide to arrange a meeting in order to achieve clarity. If the participant does not accept the outcome, it is possible to appeal to the Board of MPS. And finally, if the participant disagrees with the Board's decision he can notify this in writing to the chairman of the Arbitration Committee within one week of the Board's decision.

Objections should always be submitted in writing with adequate information and reasoning.
